Clients never contact photographers directly. All direction, communication, agreements and payments are managed by Sunday.

The process

Eight steps, from first enquiry to finished Issue. You approve every editorial decision that affects the result.

  1. 01 Initial enquiry

    You tell us the place, the intention, and how the finished work will be used.

  2. 02 Brief and location

    Sunday develops the editorial concept, defines the story, and confirms the location.

  3. 03 Photographer selection

    Sunday selects or recommends a photographer whose eye fits the place and the brief.

  4. 04 Proposal and approval

    You receive a proposal — direction, dates, deliverables, fee — and approve it before work begins.

  5. 05 Photography

    The photographer works on location under Sunday's editorial direction. You are kept informed but do not manage the shoot.

  6. 06 Editorial selection

    Sunday edits the material into a coherent photographic story, sequenced across seven sections.

  7. 07 Digital Issue approval

    You review and approve the finished digital Issue before anything is shared publicly.

  8. 08 Publication, magazine, prints

    Optional: public publication on Sunday Editorial, a printed magazine edition, or a Fine Art print selection.
